Hydraulic Cylinder rebuild service
One of the most common problems with heavy equipment is oil leakage. Not only is it an unsightly problem,
it leads to more serious problems if left unattended. One of the most common causes (and least expensive
to correct)of this is seal bore degradation, due to acid rain laying in between the metal of the cylinder gland
and the seal.
If there is oil running out, water and dirt ARE getting in.
Once water and dirt are in, they can lead to many much larger repair bills. From damaged cylinder rods to
valve bodies and worse yet, the hydraulic pumps themselves.
At Clark's we have the ability to modify components to receive better than original seal components to stop
contamination problems.
When it has gone too far, we can manufacture new components right here in our shop, at a fraction of
the cost of OEM components, but with all the quality (in most cases our cylinder rods are BETTER than OEM)
