Housing and component repair

One very common point of failure on backhoe loaders is the front axle housing, particularly kingpin bores and axle shaft leakage.

We have the ability to repair these components and give them a new life at a fraction of the cost of replacing them.

It's a fact, as a machine ages, components wear out.  The articulating joint when worn out can lead to at best, a machine that is difficult to control while operating.

Another problem a loose centerhitch can lead to is accelerated steering cylinder failure, which usually leads to costly cylinder repairs.

Two bearings alone are in the thousands to replace, these, we were able to save.

Final drive rebuilding

Another component often overlooked is the final drive/track drive motor.  More often than not, we find that the oil is not changed on a regular basis.  This leads to seal failure and water/dirt contamination. This leads to excessive wear of pricey parts, that eventually fail prematurely.
